I’ve been baking! I promise! Muffins and cookie and loaves, oh my!
I’ve been writing other things but this week will come back to the blog, I made some amazing muffins that everybody needs to know about.
In the meantime, I’ve also been revisiting certain favorites.
Thin and Crispy Oatmeal Cookies
Blood Orange Poppy Seed Muffins
Honey Tea Bread, of the impeccable soft texture and subtle cinnamon flavor
as well as Smitten Kitchen’s amazing Crispy, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies. The only thing I altered was to use half the amount of chips, and swap out the flour for whole wheat white. But WOW. My new favorite chocolate chip cookies, I think.
